Membership is open to any firm, company, professional or institution engaged in trade, industry or services in the Kandla–Gandhidham region. Fees depend on your type of business; the managing committee reviews every application.

New members pay the admission fee with 2 years of subscription. After that the subscription is paid every year, April to March, by cheque or bank transfer.

Who can become a member of KCCIA?
Membership is open to any firm, company, professional or institution engaged in trade, industry or services in the Kandla–Gandhidham region: proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, private and public limited companies, co-operative societies, trusts and associations.
What are the membership fees?
The admission fee of ₹1,000 is paid once. The yearly subscription depends on your type of business, from ₹500 to ₹1,000. New members pay the admission fee with 2 years of subscription, so joining costs ₹2,000 to ₹3,000. The full table is on the membership page.
How do I apply for membership?
Submit the Request to join form on this page. The office sends you a private link by email and WhatsApp to fill the membership application with your cheque or bank transfer details. The Managing Committee then reviews it, and once approved you receive your member code and portal login.
How long does approval take?
The office reviews every request within two working days and sends your application link. After you submit the application, the Managing Committee considers it and you are informed of the decision.
How can I pay the fees?
By cheque payable at par to “Kandla Chamber of Commerce & Industry Association”, or by bank transfer to the chamber’s account. A receipt on the chamber letterhead is issued once the payment is cleared.
When does membership need to be renewed?
The annual subscription covers the financial year from April to March. Members can pay the renewal from the member portal before 31 March.
