Who can become a member of KCCIA?
Membership is open to any firm, company, professional or institution engaged in trade, industry or services in the Kandla–Gandhidham region. Proprietorships, partnerships and LLPs join as General members, trade associations and NGOs as Associate members, and limited companies and co-operative societies under Companies & Societies.
What are the membership fees?
Every category pays a one-time admission fee of ₹1,000. The annual subscription is ₹500 for General and Associate members and ₹1,000 for Companies & Societies, so the first year costs ₹1,500 or ₹2,000.
How do I apply for membership?
Submit the Request to join form on this page. The office sends you a private link by email and WhatsApp to fill the membership application online. The Managing Committee then reviews it, and once approved you pay the fees and receive your member portal login.
How long does approval take?
The office reviews every request within two working days and sends your application link. After you submit the application, the Managing Committee considers it and you are informed of the decision.
How can I pay the fees?
Online by UPI, card or net banking through your payment link or the member portal, or by cheque payable at par to “Kandla Chamber of Commerce & Industry Association”. A receipt on the chamber letterhead is issued automatically.
When does membership need to be renewed?
The annual subscription covers the financial year from April to March. Members can pay the renewal from the member portal before 31 March.
